§ 2-313. Community redevelopment agency advisory committee.

A citizen committee is hereby established and shall be known as the community redevelopment agency advisory committee. The community redevelopment agency advisory committee shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the city commission. Each city commissioner shall appoint one of the seven members and the community redevelopment agency manager shall recommend two members to the city commission for appointment. The city commission shall designate, upon review and recommendation received for the community redevelopment advisory agency committee, a chairman and vice chairman from among the board members.
