§ 2-312. Membership.

The community redevelopment agency for the area within its jurisdiction, as said area may be amended from time to time, shall have a board of commissioners which shall consist of five members. The board of commissioners shall consist of the five city commissioners. The mayor of the city commission is designated as chairman and the mayor pro tem is designated as vice chairman of the board of commissioners.
