§ 70-2. Definitions.

The definitions in F.S. ch. 316 as amended apply to this chapter. The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall for the purpose of this chapter have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:

Alley means a right-of-way, usually narrow, passing between the rear of buildings or lots.
