There is hereby established and created, in accordance with the provisions of F.S.
§ 163.387. a community redevelopment trust fund (referred to in this article as the
"fund") for the community redevelopment area, which fund shall be utilized and expended
for the purposes of and in accordance with the community redevelopment plan (Resolution
No. 1051 adopted October 24, 2000), including any amendments or modifications thereto
approved by the city commission, including any community redevelopment (as that term
is defined in F.S. § 163.340) under the community redevelopment plan.
