§ 2-309. Injunctive relief.

Pursuant to F.S. § 893.138(5), if the drug abatement board declares a place or premises to be a public nuisance in accordance with the procedures set forth in this division, the board may bring a complaint under F.S. § 60.05, seeking a permanent injunction against any nuisance so declared by the board.
