§ 2-307. Hearings.

Pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 893.138(2), the drug abatement board shall conduct a hearing on a complaint made under this division, during which hearing the board may consider any evidence, including evidence of the general reputation of the place or premises about which the complaint has been received, as well as any evidence that the owner of the premises or his agents or employees may present in his defense.
