§ 2-70. Ordinances and resolutions.

Latest version.

All ordinances and resolutions shall be prepared or reviewed by the city attorney. No ordinance shall be submitted to the commission for consideration unless ordered by a majority vote of the commission or requested in writing by at least three commissioners. The provisions of F.S. § 166.041, as now or hereafter amended are adopted by reference.
