§ 18-86. Transportation.

  • (a)

    When private passenger automobiles or station wagons are used for transportation of children by a child care facility, the driver must be at least 18 years of age and have passed an annual physical examination.

    (b)

    When transportation is provided by a child care facility, all motor vehicles shall comply with the provisions of F.S. § 316.615 and F.S. ch. 234.
