§ 14-191. Adopted.

There is hereby adopted by reference that certain code known as the Standard Plumbing Code, being the 1994 edition thereof, and the code and the provisions thereof are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as fully as if set forth in full herein, save and except as may be set forth in this article. From the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions of such code shall be controlling; provided, however, where any provision of such code is in conflict with the provisions of this Code of Ordinances, the provisions of this Code of Ordinances shall prevail.
