§ 14-111. Adopted.

There is hereby adopted by reference that certain code known as the Energy Efficiency Code For Building Construction, being the 1991 edition thereof, as developed by the state department of community affairs, and such code and the provisions thereof are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as fully as if set forth herein. From the date on which this section shall take effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling and in full force and effect; provided, however, where any provision of such code, as adopted hereby, is in conflict with the provisions of this Code of Ordinances, the provisions of this Code of Ordinances shall prevail.
