§ 14-48. Making connections by other than licensed electrician.

It shall be unlawful for any person who is not a state-certified or state-registered electrician, in accordance with the provisions of this article, to do any electrical construction or make any repair, alteration, addition or change to any existing system of electrical wiring, apparatus or equipment for light, heat or power within the city or any power line serviced or controlled by the city.
