§ 14-46. Adoption of National Electrical Code.
There is hereby adopted, by reference thereto, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, being the 1999 Edition thereof, and the same and the provisions thereof are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set forth in full herein, save and except as may be hereinafter set forth, and from the date on which this section shall take effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling; provided, however, where any provision of such code, as adopted hereby, is in conflict with the provisions of this Code of Ordinances, the provisions of this Code of Ordinances shall prevail.
